the conference web site is well organised .the received abstracts for consideration can be periodically updated as the presenters will be little curious and will be encouraging.also a partial financial support depending on the overwhelming response would help more authors

This is me Ibrahiem Abdul Razak, an P.D. student in civil and structural engineering in UKM, Bangi, I would like to submit my paper under the title of ” artificial intelligence for minimising river pollution during highway construction activities”. Do you still accept paers (i.e. can I send my paper to you) since i read that the abstract submission is closed…
