The technical committee members are evaluating the abstracts for relevance to the conference and will inform all authors by 30th October 2008. The Notification will give notice of “acceptance” for the authors to proceed with the full paper or “reject” if found to be not relevant.
Notification will be made by email.

Dear sir/ Madam
I cannot send abstract of paper until this time. But I want to send full paper under the title of ” Examination the Functions of Wavelet Packet (WPT) and Continues Wavelet Transform (CWT) in Recognizing the Crack Specification” to review in 7th ASIA PACIFIC STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE.
Would you let me to send full paper until 10 April?
