The fee is NOT REFUNDABLE if you withdraw after your registration is accepted by the Organising Committee. However, substitute attendees are always welcome. Please retain your payment receipt for future reference.
For active full-time student in 2009, scan your ID card and send them together with the registration form & payment receipt to our treasurer for the eligibility of discounted fees of RM 600 (US$ 200).

sorry but end of june is too late for us. In order to get official permission from Turkish University and Turkish Ministry of Foreighn Affairs, we have to apply to govermental procedure. But they ask symposium detailed program and our presentation day. We will be happy if you can email us symposium program or at least draft copy of it.
Our papers are C4 (Hasan Hüsnü KORKMAZ), G1 ( Murat ÖZTÜRK), M7 (Musa Hakan ARSLAN).
