Conference fees include welcoming drink, conference bag (CD-ROM proceedings, stationary, book of abstracts), attendance to all technical sessions’ refreshment and lunch. |

DISCLAIMER
The fee is NOT REFUNDABLE if I withdraw after my registration is accepted by the Organising Committee. However, substitute attendees are always welcome. Please retain your payment receipt for future reference.
For active full-time student in 2009, (non-presenters only) scan your ID card together with the Participants registration form & payment receipt to our treasurer for the eligibility of discounted fees of RM 600 (US$ 200) .
Authors please use the Authors Registration Form.
To confirm your place, scan and send your payment receipt together with the respective registration form via email to our treasurer at bachans@utm.my (Attention: Mr. Bachan Singh s/o Beshawar Jagar Singh)
Important Note to Author/Presenter: The conference fees should reach the organising committee before 1st May 2009 or your paper will not be included in the proceeding.

ans: Yes, you have to fill the conference online registration form and and proceed with payment. We will provide the certification letter on your participation.Please contact me if you need our hands on your visa.

and in case for a student the matrix card for me without a year number ?
2 ) can i pay the fees at any branch of CIMB bank ? or there is specific one ?

1) the Local student fee for APSEC-EACEF 2009 (non-presenter) are RM600. If your matrix card does not show a year number, please issues us an authorised letter from your graduates school,saying you are a current post graduate student of UKM. Presenter fees is RM1000.
2)You can make checque from any bank branches payable to:BENDAHARI, UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MALAYSIA
